Annika Dellås
BIOGRAPHY
Annika Dellås is an experienced, communicative leader with a business focus and a big-picture approach. As founder of Dellås People Management, she works with consulting assignments for small and medium-sized companies, and with human resources issues and change management at a strategic and operational level. She has assisted companies in both growth and downsizing, and has solid international experience. Strategically or operationally, as a leader or advisor, Annika works from the needs of the business to find solutions to problems and strategies that focus on results. Annika happily offers meeting facilitation both digitally and in person, tailoring both formats for optimal effectiveness.
”I have been running my consulting company since 2015, working on building and developing the structures and means for human resources management to support the company’s business objectives. I use my drive and ability to quickly get a sense of the big picture and see the structures of the business. I have a consultative and process-oriented approach where it is important to start where the business actually is in the moment and not where we wish it was. I am good at asking the right questions to identify connections and patterns. As a coach to managers and colleagues, I am appreciated for my sensibility, and I am a clear and motivating leader who includes both the individual and the team.”
